New Construction: Bildtec's Ventilated Rainscreen Façade is an integral part of the structure's innovative design. Bildtec's team worked with the Architect and Builder to design the integration of various façade systems with respect to securing the integrity of the total building envelope, which was maintained in order to ensure that there would be no water infiltration, while also minimizing thermal leakage.


RESIDENTIAL
HI-RISE RENTAL
Toronto, Ontario
Façade Retrofit: This 28-storey residence rental building was retrofitted by employing Bildtec's curtain wall substructure system. The project required that the original masonry brick cladding be removed due to years of deterioration. The Bildtec retrofit design allowed the Building's owner to install a new, more effective vapour barrier. The substructure cavity also allowed for insulation to be installed, thus resulting in a more energy efficient

CONVERSION TO OFFICE COMMERCIAL
Concord, Ontario
Façade Renewal & Retrofit: This Bildtec substructure system was designed and engineered to utilize the existing brick masonry exterior walls.
Bildtec's innovative approach provided flexibility to achieve the desired architectural design. Bildtec worked with the Architect and the client to achieve a unique aesthetic effect. One of the building's striking features is it's backlit Solid Surface Façade. The unique cladding material allows for the creation of complex shapes of any type.

This house was built with sustainability in mind. Bildtec's Ventilated Rainscreen Façade System gives the exterior an upscale, modern appearance while working to reduce energy and save on heating/cooling costs.
With little need for maintenance, porcelain panels are quickly becoming a sought after material for private homeowners. The exterior for this house will stay in pristine condition while any debris washes away in rainfall.

This modern home was meticulously designed with sustainability and luxury in mind. Bildtec's substructure system works to keep energy costs down, while providing the flexibility to achieve a luxury design aesthetic.
This system employed the use of Porcelain Façade Panels, which require virtually no maintenance. This material is highly durable and offers design flexibility.
